"Safe as war" is the debut full length album from the Edinburgh-based producer FOREVER ALIEN.
Safe As War is an unidentifiable mix of retro-futuristic synth wave full of nostalgia and surrealism.
The album is an hybrid of raw hardware synthesizers powered by Johnny's warm and bluesy vocals and minimal yet powerful drum machine patterns.
Noir-pop ballads radiated by a Californian daylight, The only way to enter FOREVER ALIEN's aesthetic is to hit play and enjoy the trip.
Safe as War has been live recorded , with very little overdub here and there, and that contributes to make the album as transparent as music can get.
